General policy
For health and safety reasons and under New York State regulations, cannabis products generally cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the store or are delivered.
Defective or incorrect products
If a product is defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us promptly through the Contact page. We will work with you to make it right in line with applicable law and our licensed provider's policies.
