How delivery works at Legacy Grower, who is eligible, and the rules cannabis delivery must follow in New York State.

This policy is being finalized with legal counsel before launch. The structure and intent below are accurate; exact legal language is subject to counsel review.

Eligibility & areas

Delivery is available only to permitted locations within our licensed delivery area and only to adults 21 or older. We cannot deliver to college dormitories, federal land, or other prohibited locations.

Age & ID verification

A valid, government-issued ID proving you are 21 or older is required at the door. The name on the order should match the ID. We cannot leave cannabis products unattended, and we cannot deliver to anyone who appears intoxicated.

Timing & fees

Delivery windows and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout. We do not promise specific delivery times; we provide delivery within our operating hours and area, subject to demand and conditions.

Compliance

All deliveries follow New York State Office of Cannabis Management rules, including manifest, packaging, and reporting requirements. Final delivery terms are confirmed during counsel review.

Delivery eligibility & age attestation

Delivery is available only where legally permitted and only to eligible residential properties, short- or long-term residences, or private businesses within New York State and within Legacy Grower’ approved delivery zone. Delivery is not available to public spaces, public buildings, parks, community centers, school grounds, day-care centers, houses of worship, motor vehicles, or locations outside New York State. The person receiving the order must be 21 or older and must present valid government-issued identification at delivery.
