Age-verification status (a yes/no that you confirmed you are 21+), information you give us through forms (name, email, message), and standard technical data your browser sends (device, general location, pages viewed).
When you purchase, the transaction itself is processed by our licensed menu and checkout provider; we retain a limited, anonymized record for compliance and reporting.
How we use it
To verify age, respond to your inquiries, operate the Grower's Club rewards program if you join, meet New York State reporting obligations, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep age-verification and consent records and anonymized order records only as long as New York State law requires, then delete or further anonymize them. Specific retention windows are confirmed during counsel review.
